At first I thought there might've been MULTIPLE suspects but it appears he is the only one.
OP raises a good question. have they addressed the man in the video yet as THE suspect or will they announce it was a fluke coincidence that the man described as a white dude was changing his clothes in a hurry with a "furtive look".
to my knowledge the guy in the tape was just a person of interest at the time. I'm not sure if it's the same person apprehended, but I don't think it matters as they seemingly have the right person, with or without this tape.
