    The Alliance, with 6,000 to 10,000 troops, and armed with Russian tanks, guns, missiles, anti-aircraft artillary, and countless, countless other weapons equiped by them by the Russians are on the verge of an attack on the Taliban regime, and possibly Osama bin Laden, if he is in the vicinity.
