    well this really blows i always loved going to the summer league in vegas

    seriously this is going to be one of the worst summers ever at least the last time there was a lockout it was the summer going into 12th grade for me so there was plenty of things to keep my mind engaged

    Dang, I figured this would probably happen, and it sucks, I look forward to reading YoYo's reports and seeing if there is any undiscovered talent like Ish Smith.

    It is going to be a long offseason, I think.

    It was hella fun last year, going to try to make it a yearly trip. I should be there next year since I have 2 cousins turning 21 and Yoyo knows what family tridition we do :)

    The Summer League is a Great Venue for player development, scouting, fan entertainment, etc.

    On an unrelated note, Mark Cuban is far from a perfect man or NBA owner. It seems that most people love or hate the guy, however the more that I learn about him as a person and a business man, the more I admire what he has accomplished, especially more recently with the NBA Championship.

    Over the past decade his courage and willingness to express his displeasure to the NBA for sub-par officiating while facing major consequences for Game/ Season/History changing calls is way underrated. Obviously he wanted to challenge the NBA on calls against or in favor of the Mavs. However, he just takes it to another level where bad officiating it Not Acceptable period. I wouldn't be surprised if the NBA has been more just in their officiating since Marc Cuban became an NBA owner.
