There. You were trying to link to the page that the pics were on instead of the pictures themselves.

    [Nick Burns]Oh, you're welcome. [/Nick Burns]

Has anyone played on that new basketball court outside of the toyota center? It looks pretty good in the first picture.

That's great! Really cool to see the organization that we support so vehemently producing the goods for people in need! :)

I was volunteering in the Toyota Center on Tuesday and Wednesday. Mike James took some kids down to play basketball on the TC court, and T-Mac gave this kid signed shoes (the kid had size 17 feet and was 15 years old!). The cool thing was that after the cameras were off him, he spent time to talk with the kid and his mom (I think one of the news stations interviewed the kid, whoever has Linda Lorelle as the anchor/interviewer). Sat at the table next to me, so I didn't hear the entire conversation, but T-Mac said something about because he was born and lived in Florida, something like this could have happened to him. The players who really took a lot of time talking to kids and people there were Mike James, David Wesley, and T-Mac. The others who came in (Bob Sura, Jon Barry, Patrick Ewing) did stop to talk to people, but the first three stayed much longer.
