Who wants to play in the NBA 8 on 5 tournament? Sorta looks like the Rockets jumped right into the opening round last night playing against 5 members of the Players' Association and 3 of the Brotherhood of Blind, Cripple and Crazy Referees. I mean it, what was passed off as unbiased decision making and calls was anything but. I would be ashamed to wear the black and white (I think some panda's in China are blushing) and I think that the league should consider sanctions for all of the no-calls and bad calls I saw. Francis most definitely committed a flagrant one (which - by the way - would have probably been called a charge had it been Malone) NOT two and I sure would like to see some of that kind of money that Denver was slipping to the refs in between plays.
I think PanGOM is Rudy T using This BBS as a venting machine so he won't slip up and get fined for lamblasting the refs in the press. Here's one way to tell: We are certainly going to get bad calls this Sunday in LA. If someone named PanGOM posts a "Refs SUCK!!" message during halftime, that'll certainly confirm it. PanGOM...well said. I hate to blame the refs. But I love to read fun descriptions of it.
