    I have a use MT3G-S for sell, there is some scratches on it but the phone works great.

    Contract? It’s just the phone, no transfer of responsibility. However you will need internet access to fully use this phone (I think)

    I went from a G1, to the MT3G-S and now I’m on the G2 all with the original G1 plan.
