    Finally got all the way through it. I love the style. They kind of depart from their typical "epic" style. Much more toned down.

    When I heard "Highly Suspicious" I thought that my Ipod had skipped or something. After the initial WTF?, I liked it. I like it when bands change styles without changing altogether.

    Too soon to say if it's a great album, but I'm enjoying it now.

    I liked their sound better when it was more stripped down. I saw them live when they were in town for my bday and I felt alot of their new stuff was just too busy...you couldn't appreciate the music.

    kinda disagree... i thought the new songs were fantastic live, but a lot of the album just doesn't do it for me (and i've had the album for almost 3 months). i applaud their efforts for trying something new, but i do prefer my mmj a little more straight-forward rock. i will say that when they played highly suspicious, everyone thought it was a prince cover.

    still one of the best live acts around, imo. it was kickass being able to catch them play their new stuff for the first time, because no one had any idea what to expect.

    haha its funny you said that about highly suspicious...thats exaclty what my wife and I were debating when walking out of there...I had only heard parts of their new album on youtube leading up to the concert so that one was new to me.

    that one def came off well live
