I know there has to be a simple solution to this. i have an old set of labels that was created using a label with 3 columns. I need to convert them to a new label page with only 2 columns. For the life of me I can't get it to work and I no longer have the original data source from the merge. Is there any way to recreate the data source or get the labels to convert down to 2 columns??

I believe if you select all three columns and go to Page Layout, then click "columns", you can make two out of the three.

Perhaps there's an AVERY label template with two columns already that matches your layout?

It's difficult to make data out of a word document, though. Without the original or similar data, you won't be able to make mail merge the same way as with the document that contains the three columns.

Can you show pictures of what you have and what you intend to have?
