After being back in Houston for the past year it looks like I am being transferred to Phoenix. I am not real happy about it but those are the breaks. If anyone has any ideas on good apartment locations I would appreciate it. I believe my new office will be in proximity to the main airport so any suggestions would be great. My company is putting me up in a corporate apartment for 30 days so I should have time to venture out and look at whats out there.

Chandler, Tempe (ASU) or Scottsdale are nice!

PHX is awesome!! You'll have fun there esp if you like outdoors things like hiking, biking or golfing. Lots good food and lots of bars/clubs there. Tempe is like Rice Village with the college atmosphere and a bit more casual and Scottsdale is like downtown with people dressing up and nice/trendy clubs.

I did notice that there are a lot of people with fake body parts and everyone there was really tall!! I noticed b/c I'm only 5'4". The one thing I wasn't fond of was that it wasn't NEARLY as diverse as Houston is. It was very white...but that's okay!

Say hi to Jim Jackson! :)

Exactly. I've shot some of my best golf when it's 122 F outside. Really helps relax your muscles.

I love Phoenix. Nothing like desert golf.
