Moochie Signing Question

    IF we had signed moochie BEFORE giving MJ the offer sheet
    would we still have been able to give him the same amount?

    Maybe we had to wait on moochie to sign M Jackson. . .
    Maybe Moochie was done when Mo went down and held out
    because we wanted to see about the Exception and who was
    available. .

    but then again that would be against the rules. . . right?

    Marc Jackson was signed using the injured player exception that we got for Mo Taylor. That execption amount was a fixed amount and is totally unrelated to Norris' deal.

    but I was under the impression that Mark's deal
    was for a bit more than the 3.25 . . . more like 4.5 million
    or is that just an average over the years?

    Jackson's deal starts at $3.25 mil, with 12.5% yearly raises, for an average of $4.5 mil over 6 years.

    Behad-I believe Jackson can only receive 10% increases, not 12.5%. ;)
