    Yes, 3 years or less makes you a RFA at the end of the year. First round picks are RFA at the end of their 4th year.

    Hmm, so Morey is hard capping himself for Harrell? Ok, well, I guess that means they really believe in the kid. I just hope they are right.

    Personally I like the move. I think Montrezl is going to be a good Rocket, and that this three year contract will end up being a good investment.

    I'll definitely be going to see him play when RGV come to Austin to play the Spurs D League team here.
