    Mobley opening pot dispensary
    Found 1 day ago on TNSP SportsNet: Yardbarker Blogger Network
    PLAYERS: Cuttino Mobley
    TEAMS: New York Knicks, Houston Rockets

    via TNSP SportsNet:

    Cuttino Mobley wants to be your dealer. After retiring from the NBA in 2008, the former NBA star who was drafted by the Houston Rockets, plans to open a medical mar1juana dispensary.

    Via Ball Don’t Lie:

    “In late January, the Providence Journal’s W. Zachary Malinowski reported that the 35-year-old Mobley was listed in documents filed with the Rhode Island Department of Health as “the sole financier for the Summit Medical Compassion Center,” a proposed medical mar1juana dispensary to be located in Warwick, Rhode Island.”

    The report noted that Mobley wants to “help people” and went on to state that;

    “Mobley will first have to secure a license, which could prove tricky — Rhode Island state law allows the state Department of Health to authorize between one and three dispensaries, and 18 license applications have already been filed, according to Reynolds’ Journal colleague Tracy Breton.”

    Could you imagine walking into a mar1juana dispensary and getting your buds from a former NBA star? One thing is for certain, we applaud Mobley for pursuing his new career move legally unlike former Dallas Cowboy offensive lineman Nate Newton.

    Weed is the devil's drug.

    I once spoke to a Christian mother who told me her son turned into a Rottweiler after inhaling it in their garage and proceeded to eat all the family's fertilizer.

    You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

    I saw this on Yahoo! Sports a few days ago.

    He sees the potential in "helping" a bunch of NBA players with... this "issue"... :eek:

    Does he still have a home in Los Angeles?
