All, I have a Mits WD-62725 DLP television that is on the way to the curb, unless somebody wants to come pick it up...for FREE!!!

I believe it has blown capacitors based on some research I did according to the signals I was getting from the television. This is very cheap to fix ($30 for the parts), and it looks like there are some pretty decent guides online, but I don't have the technical skills (i assume nothing more than simple sodering), time, or desire to do it. I also don't want to pay someone else $150 to fix it.

Ultimately I paid $500 for the TV and the solid wood cabinet it is on, I have invested an additional $180ish on a new bulb about 6 months ago, and I don't have the desire to invest any more money in a television that ultimately i got for dirt cheap to begin with. The bulbs are expensive but the one that is currently in it is fine and they are supposed to last about 3 years for the average viewer. so yea if you have the time and interest in giving it a shot shoot me an email @ verti89@gmail.com and I can give you the details.
