Come on RR...you know the NRA will have no problems with this...given the nature of what the guy said and the concerns for safety right now, you're not going to get the Charlton Hestons of the world upset by pulling them over and holding them to make sure all is well. That's called probable cause...an arrest has been made, but so far no charges have been filed.
If this is true... It sounds like the guy has some mental problems and I'm glad he got picked up before he did something crazy which would reflect badly on the responsible gun owners in this country. On second thought he MUST be crazy to take guns to DC which has some of the most strict gun laws in the country (as well as one of the nations highest violent crime rates).
