This bill is bad for all incumbents. Whether they voted yes or no or skipped altogether, some challenger will be able to throw this vote in their face later. "Senator X voted to give $700B in taxpayer money to Wall Street fatcats," or "Senator X voted against saving the US economy when it teetered on the brink of disaster."
