Less Than Jake - Shout It Loud 2 Tour

Was anyone else at the Meridian to see them last night?

This is one of my favorite bands from middle school/high school. The last two albums they put out were very sub par, with In With The Out Crowd being one of the most terrible, overproduced cds I have ever heard. It made we want to pull out my ear drums after listening to it once.

I didn't realize they had a brand new cd, GNV FLA, until I got there. After one listen through I was absolutely amazed at how good it sounded. It's not that super poppy crap that they have been putting out recently.

I've seen them proabably 10 or so times and they always put on a good show. I hadn't seen them in about 4 years and they do look older and fatter. Some noteable songs from the show:

Most importantly, they did not play one song from In With The Out Crowd.
