Jersey Numbers for New Rockets

    I would assume McGrady's number will be #1 and Yao is, of course, #11, then truly the Rockets should adopt KHOU's old slogan: The "ones" to watch.

    If Eddie Griffin comes back, will he wear #33 or #41 (the number he originally wanted so he could honor his brother?

    What will the jersey numbers be for Gaines, Howard and Lue?

    at any point when have the rockets indicated they might bring Griffin back? they haven't, and we've already got 3 power forwards. he won't be coming back

    Look Drox, I don't know if you knew this but JVG loved Eddie and believe he could be a monster with the right coaching. JVG wasn't the only coach or GM in the league that believed/knew that. He WILL be back in the NBA this year and I can only hope we can sign (a mentaly heathly) player of his talent to a two contract. He's only 22-23 years old.....kid HAD problems, just hope they are behind him.

    Sure we Could Use his Shot blockiing Prowess, but what about his off the court problems?. i cat see how CD or JVG will ever take a chance on this guy again!

    Juwan will wear Mobley's #, "Chris" Gaines will wear #23 IMO, and Lue will sport #10...

    Gaines will not be wearing #23, I know that much, Calvin Murphy will always have claim on that one...

    Droxford: I said IF Eddie Griffin comes back.

    My prediction is that Gaines will be #20 and Howard remain #5.
