[IT Help] Can send emails, but cant receive

    I just set up an email on my server hosted by hostlatte and I can't receive any emails, but sends out fine. Can any one help me fix this if its not on the server side? It uses cpanel. Thanks

    Make sure all your ports and security settings are correct (SSL/TLS, etc). Check your incoming server settings if they are correct as well (IMAP/POP).

    yeah im using gmail to send to the email, i dont even receive it on email client by cpanel

    Are you using the webmail site to check your email or are you trying to receive it through an external program like Outlook or Thunderbird?

    I've tried both. When I email myself through the webmail I get it. But not with any other emails I have

    Is the MX record for your domain resolving to the proper server that your host company is using?
