iPad Web app question (easy one I think)

Hi Guys,
I have iPad app development question. I always start my questions here before going to other boards.

Is there an iPad app that can be used to display a web based app so that it looks frame less and more like an app?
Basically I want it to

• Not let users see the url bar so they use the ipad do do other things besides use the app
• Keep the app from zooming so it I stays in its normal resolution and doesn’t looks odd
• Can I create an desktop icon so it opens the web app in whatever the IOS app is so it looks like an app?

Basically how do I make our website which looks fine on safari, look like an app and not like you are in a safari window?
