[Internet Help] How to download a flash file

    Need some hands from Clutchfans here.

    www.Rockets.com has a very intriguing flash on their front page. I am wondering how can I download/capture that file (I believe it was a .swf as I have checked the html source)? The backgroup music is very nice too, any software I can get to extract that sound clip from the file?
