OK...then you are going to have to give me rental rights on Boardwalk then and some alternative revenues via Utility taxes and Railroad subsidies if you expect me to build my own arena. plus, don't give me any grief that you don't have Boardwalk or control over Utilities/RRs, cause you could get Jeff to start a: www.saveourfantasyteam.com campaign if you need to rally support for these Utility/Railroad issue. Obviously, this is the only offer on the table anyhow.
