    There is a pretty good PF that is a Sonic free agent.....Jelani McCoy. He will likely be without a home with all the PF's they have.

    There would be absolutely no room for him, unless he plays exclusively backup center.

    I know he is a pretty good rebounder and shot blocker, even since his days at UCLA. His scoring and post moves are decent too.

    I have no reason to think that Houston is interested. Just a thought.

    I saw on NBA.com he was still a free agent. Unless something went down very recently.

    Anyway, sign Mo Taylor.

    McCoy is still a free agent and unless another team over pays him, he will likely sign for Seattle's lower exception.

    Little known fact - Jelani grew up in San Diego, but his dad and step mom live here in Austin. Then again, home sweet home didn't phase Rashard.

    Actually, you're right, he's still a free agent. I was confusing his status with the conversation I had with Gary Payton the other day. Gary was telling me that the Sonics plan on signing Jelani this coming week. Expect it to be a short-term contract, possibly 1 year.
