the game hasn't even started yet and my signal from upn 20 is already starting to freeze up! Why can't those basterds get the damn signal fixed! The Rockets should dump that station!
six times the damn upn signal froze on me. Is this just a problem with those of us out of town with NBA league pass or is it a problem in Houston as well? I never see the signal freeze when the game is caried by fox southwest or by an opposing teams broadcast just upn 20. They suck.
In the Beaumont area we can get Rocket games on FoxSports Southwest, but UPN 20 is not carrried by Time Warner cable. Tonite - Time Warner is carrying the game in some special arrangement with UPN on a local cable advertising channel. I am posting this because it is so hard to get Rocket games in Beaumont. The local cable never advertises carrying these games. Time Warner does not have NBA league pass available in this market. On Satellite - Turner for example- Fox Sports does not carry Rocket games, but will carry NHL hockey in this market. When KTRH carried the Rockets I could at least listen on a.m. radio, but now 950 a.m. -Houston carries the game- this is out of range for Beaumont. I have league pass and the damn thing does that **** all the time. It is very annoying and frustrating.
I have the same problem here in Austin. It only freezes on Rockets games and only when the game is on UPN. The same problem used to happen with games on Fox. What could be the problem?
It froze tonight on Nba league pass with me as well.... What you do is call and complain to Direct tv and sometimes they offer you freebies hehehe I did 2 months ago during baseball season and got my basic bill comped for the month
The dubya sucks! They have the worst signal out of all local (Houston) stations. The whole switch to 39 was a big mistake for the Rockets. I got the game all night... maybe remnants of the Leonids interfered with the signal?? rH
Should'nt the Rockets or the NBA get involved in this since upn is basterdizing its product? Who can we contact in the Rockets organization to look into this problem? Jeff if you are out there do you know? I don't care about catching a break on my league pass bill I only care about seeing my Rockets play basketball!
Hey, you can say both upin, and dubya both suck...but I can watch it o.k.....so that's all that matters....unless you are getting fuzzy reception, then I don't know what your problem is...(not speaking to anyone in particular.)
Thats BS! I pay a lot of money every year to get league pass so I can see the Rockets play basketball every night. I don't want the frozen pictures that last for 10 or 15 seconds 5 or 6 times a quarter on my screen.
shoot....never happens to me. I live in Katy, don't have cable and watch it on UPN and it doesn't crap out on me, crash.
