I used to be loud as hell when the Rockets were even a little good. Don't get me wrong, I still cheer like a madman for the Rockets. I am talking about how obnoxious can you be at an opposing player, without goind too far? My seats are in Sec 225, so its not as if the players can here me most times. I am loud as hell though and the Laptop is dead so sometimes the players could probably hear me. I don't like moving down and then yelling at opposing players. I disturb the old folks and they know I dont belong down there. That makes me nervous, cause then can call security and have me moved. I do plan on moving down hopefully in about 2-3 years and then I will have the right to be crazy. Is it okay to personally insult opposing players? I am not talking about "yo mama" or racial jokes or anything like that. What if I was actually sitting behind the Kings bench tomorrow and told Webber "Hey Webber, Tyra is on the phone with me right now and she wants her shoes back"! I know that would make his sensitve ass kinda mad. Would our players like it if I was being a a-hole to opposing players? I have a knack for getting under peoples skin. I have heard fans in Philly and NY can get away with murder, but how far can one go in Houston? Is it okay to say "ass" at the game? The day I buy tickets downstairs I wanna become the most annoying SOB to opposing players in the world.
When I was in college, the band would for play basketball games. Our players loved us because we raised all kinds of hell and we were able to get into peoples' heads. When a ref made a bad call, we'd start up with, "Ref beats his wife! Ref beats his wife!". That'd be a good one for Scottie Pippen or Jason Kidd. We actually got technicals called on us. One time at a football game the refs called a 10yd penalty on the band. Life was fun in college.
