Although I haven't seen any numbers yet, I'm feeling pretty optimistic about my chances of getting enough cash to pay off my mortgage.

-Flood guy tells me that my contents will max out (25k) and my building will get close to max.
-Wind guy, who I called on a whim because I didn't think I had any wind damage gave me a new roof, garage roof, garage door, and $2500 for evacuation money.
-FEMA dropped $1800 on me for rent for two months.

    Anyone else?

    I still haven't seen a dime...but at least I didn't have to move to Dallas/FW! hehe

I am glad to hear FEMA took care of you man. Hopefully you and your family can make a positive out of all of this.

My adjuster didn't come until last weekend, and I think I will get my roof, leaks and destroyed room taken care of. Haven't heard anything about FEMA reimbursement since the storm. I am in Mo City, so my damages are only minimal compared to yours. I will keep you posted though
