    Mark Berman said the following on Cuttino Mobley:

    Said he will sign with either Toronto or Houston and will make his decision on August 1st. Toronto can offer more money, and he feels it could be hard to say no to the money, but he loves Houston. Vince Carter is recruiting him heavily for Toronto, and Steve Francis is for Houston.
