At least the Cowboy's can say they have no talent, the Redskins just play like p*****s every year. lol

 

I realize now why it is so easy to be an Anti-Cowboy fan.....

Hey Dreamer, I am pretty sure you are not just an anti-Cowboy fan, but a Skins fan, so it goes both ways.

The Cowboys were actually relatively fun to watch last weekend. They are rebuidling and have a derth of talent, but they play hard. It does do my heart well to know while the Boys are rebuilding the Skins are in even worse shape because they have an even more meddling and egotistical owner than Jerry, hard to believe but it is true.

Another positive thing, because of the hard cap and FA, it only takes a couple of picks to turn out and a couple of decent FAs, and you got a shot at the superbowl a year or two post a 5-11 type season. The Falcons, Rams, Saints and Ravens are all a testament to this, there will never again be a team as dominant and consistent as the early 90's Boys, the last of the trully "Great Teams".

 

It's sad to see a Cowboys fan, whose team sucks, talk trash about the Redskins, whose team also sucks. Which leads me to ask this question:

Last year, do you think that Charger fans talked smack to Texan fans?

 

so you can only talk trash about a team when the team you follow is having a great season?

I hate the redskins. Probably always will. Just because the cowboys are having a bad season doesn't mean I can't take a little joy out of seeing the skins fall on their face.

Umm, either you've been out in that desert and in the hot sun too long, or that "scar" of yours is on your scalp from the frontal lobotomy you had performed while institutionalized.

I am not a Redskin fan, but I'm much closer to being a Redskin fan than I ever will be to being a Cowboy fan.

I was an Oiler fan since the age of 5 and have hated the Cowboys ever since. I just find it humorous to see a Cowboy fan make himself look like an idiot is all.

 

I wouldn't say that, Crisco. It's just strange to see a fan of a team that will probably go 4-12 talk trash about a team that is going to go 3-13 or also 4-12. If I were a Redskins fan or Cowboys fan, I think I would keep my mouth shut, but fortunately I'm not!

 

My mistake, I must have confused you with another poster last year who about was practically dancing thinking the Skins were superbowl bound last year when all I said about them is they are just "Paper" Tigers because they hadn't proved anything on the field as a group. I would say "paper" may have been too strong of word for the material the Skins are made of since that time.

I think you are taking this a bit too literally. We are talking Cowboys football in an Internet forum about the Rockets, are your expectations of objectivity and thoughtfulness really that high for such a topic. I think showing people they are still Cowboy fans as bad as they are now while also being able to poke fun at the owner and team are redeemable qualities, but maybe that is just me. Again though, my mistake in identifying you as a Redskin fan, my memory from a year ago must have failed me on that one.
