An acquaintance of mine from the US is traveling to Hong Kong on business and he's really jonesing for some Flaming Drunken Shrimp (火焰醉蝦-- a dish where live shrimp is put into a bowl of strong Chinese grain liquor to get them drunk for 5 minutes and then the bowl of Shrimp/Liquor mix is lit on fire to cook the shrimp. Here's a picture of it http://www.chilema.cn/EveryWeek/show.aspx?id=419 )

The catch is he's only there for a day and he's staying at a hotel in Central (中環 Chong Wan) and I'm not sure he can venture very far from there.

I don't have much experience in Hong Kong and I figure some of you guys might. So, does anyone here know of a place to get good Flaming Drunken Shrimp in Central?

Also, I google around and found that Jumbo Floating Restaurant http://www.jumbo.com.hk/ serves the dish. But it's located in Aberdeen Bay. Does anyone know how long it would take to get there from Central by cab? Thanks!
