I had a customer request that i make a jelly out of a particular soft drink and i would love to help her out but i have never made jams or jellies before. I know that pectin is a powder used in preserving berries and jams and that its the key ingredient in the "jelling" process. Has anyone here ever used pectin? In theory could i just mix coke and pectin together to make a jelly?
