Have any of you guys heard about this? I buddy of mine just bought a car and he said that it worked, but I have never heard of it. Apparently if you buy a car and make a handicapped accessability change to you car you don't have to pay sales tax on the car (he saved $2000). He just bought a $75 extender for the parking break release and that qualified him. If any of you have heard about this, let me know, or if you know its false let us know the truth!
