Is it as screwey as these reports say?

For the 360 it's running on Live servers not Rockstar's right?

I've never been a fan of having the only play sit on developer's servers. Seems like very few have the money and experience to make it as seamless as Live.

well cod4 runs perfectly
similar to xbox live
and its on developers

but as of right now
my gta iv online multiplayer is not working

...
