I have this video card in my computer, does having at TV-OUT plug mean I can use my computer as a tv? What do I need to do to set this up? Is this even possible? Is there any other hardware needed to do this? ......Whats the meaning of life?

The TV-out lets you display your computer's screen on a TV by using the included cable that attaches to your TV. Nice card by the way. As for the meaning of life.............
