Houston Rockets' point guard Steve Francis, right, leaves the Harris County Criminal Court building today with his attorney Rusty Hardin after a docket call on a charge of driving under the influence. He had been arrested Dec. 16, apparently in front of his house.

If he's got Rusty Hardin as his attorney, he's gonna be fine. :)

sorry...i just think his heart is on the east coast...and i don't think he's seen much from this franchise to get to excited about, unfortunately. we'll see...a lot could change between now and then that would sway him to stay here...but i think if this were his last contract year, he'd be playing somewhere else next season.
