I don't know why you would, the govt's case was always a bit tricky from a legal standpoint (as much as an ass clown blago was/is?) and the Supreme Courts recent decision on honest services fraud didn't help them much.

So it's a mistrial, it will be re-tried, and unless they have another fluky holdout, they probably get convictions.
Keep in mind he was forced to bring charges when the Chicago Trib said it was running the story that Blago's phones were tapped. If his hand hadn't been forced by that story, I'm guessing the case would have been much stronger.
