[Finance Advice] Should I use my 401k for down payment for a first-time homeowner?

The foreclosure numbers will get worse and houses will depreciate as soon as the stimulus is removed.

I've predicted this. The housing market is going to get a LOT worse because, generally speaking, people's credit is getting destroyed as a result of foreclosures and mass credit card debt and Americans aren't saving money. As a result, we'll see that people won't have enough cash to put down on a house and won't have good enough credit to qualify for a loan.
