    I'd rather just keep it if that is the best offer I can get.

    I'm not desperate to sell it, I can keep it until Christmas and give it away as a gift. But if I can get my asking price or very close, I'd go ahead and sell it.

    How about a trade for a 30 gig ipod video? :D or plus some extra cash to make it "fair" even though i have 22 gigs over yours :p

    Well that really blows. What timing. Thanks for the heads up. Looks like someone I know will be getting an outdated ipod touch for Christmas.

    Return the MBP and iPod and get one with a new iPod (assuming they still have that deal, the always seem to have something along those lines.)

    Hey, now my offer doesn't look as low anymore. In fact, since you were offering $215 from the price of $229, so $189 - $15 = $174. I offered $150-$175. :D

    Where are you getting the 15 dollars from? $189 - $14 = $175. You obviously didnt do so well when double checking your work in algebra or grade school Math.

    Yup I'm bringing this back up.

    My old cell phone died, and I've decided to replace it with an iPhone. Rather than pay $200 for it outright - I've decided to subsidize the payment by selling this iPod touch (instead of keeping it for an xmas gift)

    Asking $170 now...
