Here is a poll to rank teams for the preseason. Currently you are allowed to rank the 29 NBA teams. The Rockets are currently 5th behind Detroit, Minnesota, San Antonio, and Indiana. Not surpring though, someone at ESPN forgot to inform the moron that created the poll that there are 30 teams in the NBA. Which team do you think they left off the poll. Miami !!!

    I sent them an email:

On the SportsNation NBA preseason rankings ( http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnation/listranker?id=178 ) you want rankings for the 29 NBA teams. In case the NBA hasn't informed you ther are 30 teams this year. I realize ther are a team of ESPN employees who are in charge of carrying Shaq's jock but I don't think he will find it comical that the Heat were left off the poll. Unless ESPN is already declaring them the best team in the NBA, in that case the poll would be correct.

They also screwed up the Rockets offseason summary, neglecting to mention that we added McGrady, Gaines, Lue, and Howard and lost Francis, Mobley, and Cato.
