    I am pretty sure I punctured my ear drum.I haven't been to a doctor for like 10 years so I don't keep track of my insurance card, and I have no idea where it is. Has anyone one gone to the doctor without a card?

    You just need to know the information on it and it will be OK if your Dr.'s office people are not pricks.

    Sometimes they like to make a copy of your card for their files, but the information Casey mentioned is all that should be needed.
