Please explain to my obviously not-up-to-date self what was meant by these quotes (in the DWI thread):

    fromobile
"Man, half of the daily newflashes on NBA.com are about the rockets. Cuttino's $7,500 fine, Mo's drugs and Ocar's ass kickcing. Nice to see, in a way."

    crash5179
"This is certainly turning into the nightmare season. Key players injured, caught abusing drugs, DWI's, in house fighting, management being slammed by former player and by key free agent. All of this before christmas. What could possibly be next."

    Thanks.

I assume the in-house fighting is referring to Willis blasting the team for selfishness but that hardly qualifies as in-fighting. Actually, the Rockets have had a remarkably good repoire with one another despite the abject misery.

The "ass kicking" means that NBA.com has recognized that Oscar is playing really well, i.e. kicking ass.
