Not directed at you Faos, just to be clear. Anyone who does colonics is taking a serious unnecessary risk with their health. My wife has ulcerative colitis, so she has to get a colonoscopy at least once a year. For all those people who have been told that you get cleaned out, you are being lied to. There is nothing stuck up there except your head if you fall for that stupid crap. Carry on.
