I can see law enforcement being there.... but they're acting like these people are criminals... I'm not saying they didn't say/do anything to escalate the situation, it happens all the time, but why was the law enforcement so aggressive towards these guys? It just doesn't add up.
Not for nothing (attacking the messenger, etc.), but that blonde little ---- is an Alex Jones acolyte, and one of the leaders behind the 9/11 truther movement. The effort "to talk to people and educate them about what's happening in this country" is a euphemism for blaming the government for purposely demolishing the twin towers and building 7 using controlled explosions, claiming that there was no plane but a missile that hit the Pentagon, etc, using idiotically fabricated evidence. So, though I support his right to march, it's on the level of support I give to the neo-Nazis at Skokie. Tepid, self-disgusted, barely there, but still support. What likely happened, without bothering to do any research: they were in a public park that (like most parks, to prevent homeless camps) closes at dusk. They likely did not have any permits for protesting. Sounds like police used this as an excuse to arrest them for trespassing, and, after listening to their nonsense for hours on end, got a little handsy. I support their right to protest, but I'm not exactly going to shed a tear over the situation. Must be noted, the most awesome Youtube comment ever, a response to that video, reflecting the level of understanding of the world of a typical 9/11 truth movement supporter: "DO NOT SAY AMEN...It is an illuminati god named RAMEN etc...It undoes your prayer."
these protesters are actually doing good for the economy. just imagine if there were thousands more protesters like this in every city and township from sea to shining sea. with the 100:1 anti-protester to protester ratio needed to keep the peace, druncle scam would has to hire up all those millions in the unemployment lines just to keep pace
