    nice update..at least he doesnt look fat :D ...i wonder when hes planning on getting the shoulder surgery, and how long it'll take to rehab for that? :confused:

    i think this video was shot when he decided to sit down

    you could see he was chubby and talking about shoulder injury
    I think he had a surgery on his left shoulder around the playoffs so I assume this video is bit older

    Ya, still looks like he's a ways away, he's barely getting off the floor on them jumpshots....Yao could prolly shoot that flat footed with his broken foot :D

    i always thought he jumped too much on the jump shot which messed up his timing. that was the reason for the flat shot now hell have an arch on it. i mean this dude is tall and long so he dont have to jump too high to shoot over someone
