maybe i missed something but werent the bucks aware of this injury some time ago? why is the surgery being performed now as opposed to when it was discovered? Swellling?
Delfino suffered a setback in September and it was stated that there was no timeline on his return. He wasn't ruled out for the season. So this 2nd surgery on his foot means something went wrong.
This is what I was thinking of... he'd posted on his personal website last month that he'd "likely" miss the entire season. bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=246601 ETA: It would be great if he could be back to catch at least a little of the season. I miss watching him play, even though I'd prefer him in a Rockets uni.
