Whatever happened to that dangerous Steelers defense? Patriots are in a groove right now, up 14-3. Brady goes down, but Bledsoe comes right in to throw a TD! Its been a pretty awesome game so far. Unless you are a Steeler fan. I'm not particularly fond of the Steelers and I hope they get their butts handed to them. But Kordell is not playing that bad and they still probably have a chance.
hmm.. they say players dont lose their spots due to injury. well except in new england.. if brady doesn't come back and bledsoe has a huge day lol will all the talk will who should start next week.. ?
This is amazing, though the story has to be the New England defense, imho. The Pittsburgh running attack just totally manhandled the Ravens and most teams this year. The Patriots run defense is just awesome. No matter what RB the Steelers use, it's ineffective. The Patriots are playing more physical than the Steelers, and it shows on the scoreboard. It's hard for the Steeler passing attack to really get going when there's little thread of a running game. Unless something drastically changes, it's going to be hard for Pittsburgh to score 12 points in this second half. The Pats may be huge underdogs in the Super Bowl (if they were to win today), but if they can play the kind of physical defense they are so far today they have a chance against anyone.
In college football, its referred to as the Mack Brown exception. Under the exception, Bledsoe who is a veteran with playoff and Super Bowl experience, will not start next week no matter how well he plays today.
GO PATS!!! I love upsets and I don't really like either of the two teams in the AFC title game but I would rather NE go than Pitt...but the game isn't over yet so let's just see what happens.
Oh boy. Can't wait to see that New England vs. Philadelphia Super Bowl. *yawn*. ... please at least let the Rams win!
Patriots shouldn't even be playing in this game. Go Steelers! also, i predicted a steelers vs. rams superbowl
He comes the Pitts comeback!!! I hope Rams Vs. Steelers Super Bowl. Also out of curiousity, isnt the super bowl suppose to be here next year?
New England taking it up the ass on replay so far from what I've seen (they've lost the 3 challenges I've seen). Ahh justice.
