Ok, I dont ask much and I have given yall plenty of pics to stare at... :)

Anyways, has anybody tried connecting to the internet on a laptop through a cell phone? I currently have a Samsung E315 and wondering whats the steps in having it connected on the internet. I have seen USB cables on Ebay for cheap, around $15, but no software. I have seen another site Cell Cables in which has the cable and software, but dont know if that works well or not.

    Thanks in advance....

The settings are different depending on what service provider you are using. But basicly there're two ways, one way is to pay extra fees to use GSM network, which is faster, you can get up to 284kps, and you can still take calls while you are on the internet. The other way is to use the phone to dialup, which is really slow, but it will only charge your plan minutes.

I just want to use it for dialup for now. My girlfriend doesnt have a phone line in her apt and just uses her cell phone. I wanted to know how to do this also for convience as I bring my laptop everywhere, and hell I can use the unlimited nights and weekend mins with this.

    I use TMobile btw..

ok, could I connect with my current ISP instead of TMobile's? I dont want to pay additional fees a month to use their ISP service where I have my own ISP account from work.
