My sister was using the computer when all of the sudden the monitor image shirinked and turned blue. it displayed saying a message that "if this is the first time that its happened one must restart the computer immediately. She tried to restart the computer but then it froze. Now when we turn on the computer the monitor turns on but theres a blank black screen. The fan seemed to stopped working. We even opened the CPU and cleaned it from the inside but that still didnt work. Anyone know what the problem could be?
