    Each time I open up a new window it overlaps graphics into the next window and so on and so on. Its only at the top of the window.

    Video card issue??

    sounds like it... maybe check the card to see if it's seated correctly... or re-start your system.

    I think its video card for sure. I would do what Rockhead suggested and then also reinstall the latest video card drivers from the card makers website.
