For some reason many sites that I'm going to aren't refreshing unless I actually refresh them manually. It happened to me late last night with the Chron web page and again this morning with USA Today. When I first went there I noticed much of it was old news until I hit the refresh button. What gives?
Delete the contents of your temporary internet file cache. On IE go to tools->Internet Options From there, click on delete files.
