Coming Home (sort of)!!!

    Well Clutch Family, I have to share that after leaving Texas City 34 years ago to join the USAF (25 years) and then spending the last nine years in Colorado, I'm coming home!

    Just bought a house in Montgomery, TX and cannot wait to come back to my sports city after being gone so long.

    Our offer had been rejected on Weds, but we threw a Hail Mary on Thursday night and the sellers selected our bid over a higher one. Why? Don't know all of the details, but I think being reasonable folk vs a-holes won the day.

    Just had to share this bit of good news with my fellow fans.

    My dad lives in Montgomery/Bear Branch/Magnolia area. I'm headed home to visit him (and the rest of the family) on Tuesday. It'll be the first time my grandma gets to meet her great grandson. Can't wait.
