Not really mindboggling at all. It depends on how many shares they're issuing. You should look at market cap, the price alone doesn't tell you much.

that is just crazy...who in there right mind would do this...there is no way it can hold that value...

Setting themselves for failure...the stockholders will get rich, regardless, but the company won't be able to deliver...
